GERMANY. Überlingen (?). 1180-1190. Bracteate (Silver, 22 mm, 0.46 g). Crowned lion right, raising its left paw; around, meaningless legend. CC 223. Berger 2578. Rutishauser 633. Extremely fine.

The attribution of this issue to Überlingen is tentative. Other suggestions include Memmingen or Biberach.
